Designed as the house's original high-strapped travel bag for carrying riding boots and saddlery, it is the silhouette from which the Birkin and the Kelly later emerged. Crafted in Togo, Hermès' signature grained calf, the bag is durable, structured and substantial, exactly as the model was intended. Polished palladium hardware keeps the Blue Lin crisp and cool, while the turn-lock, clochette and padlock complete the classic Hermès details. The M stamp in a square dates this piece to 2009.
Condition
Good condition and very presentable for its age. The bag has previously been refreshed by a third-party spa: there are touch-ups at the corners and on the handle, three small scuffs on the front handle, and the hardware has been polished. All details are shown in the photographs.
