14-Day Return Window In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt. Return requests must be submitted in writing to info@eleganceduluxe.com within this 14-day window — no exceptions.

Strict Condition Requirements Returned items must be in the exact same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, with all original accessories, cards, dust bags, and documentation included. Items showing any signs of use, wear, scent, or handling beyond brief inspection will be refused and returned to the sender at their cost. We document every item with timestamped photos before dispatch and conduct a thorough condition assessment upon return.

Return Shipping The customer bears full responsibility for return shipping costs. Items must be returned via insured, trackable express courier (DHL Express or equivalent) given the high value of our products. Élégance du Luxe accepts no liability for items lost or damaged in transit during return. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment for the full purchase value.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, altered, perfumed, or show any condition change from the state in which they were received cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Upon receipt and thorough inspection — which may take up to 5 business days — approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary for inspection will be deducted from the refund amount.
