At Élégance du Luxe, we are committed to full transparency in pricing and payment. Every piece we offer is a carefully authenticated luxury investment — and we want the purchasing process to reflect the same standard of trust and clarity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and are final — no hidden fees, no surprises. As we apply differential taxation in accordance with § 25a of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not shown separately on invoices. This is standard practice for authenticated pre-owned luxury goods dealers in Germany.

Preferred Payment Method — Bank Transfer

We strongly recommend bank transfer (SEPA) as the preferred payment method. It is the safest option for high-value transactions, protects both parties, and allows us to dispatch your order as soon as payment is confirmed.

After placing your order, you will receive our bank details by email. Please transfer the full amount within 3 business days and include your order number as the payment reference. Orders not paid within this window may be cancelled and relisted.

PayPal

PayPal is accepted for orders up to €1,000 EUR. For orders above this amount, bank transfer is required. Please note that PayPal payments are subject to processing fees which are borne by the buyer.

Why We Don't Accept Credit Cards

To protect our customers and maintain pricing integrity, we do not accept credit card payments. Given the high value of our pieces, credit card processing fees and chargeback risks would either inflate our prices or create unnecessary financial exposure. Bank transfer keeps things clean, fast and fair for everyone.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR). International customers purchasing from outside the Eurozone are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank. We do not charge additional currency conversion fees.

Invoice & Documentation

Every purchase includes a detailed invoice from EDL Commerce GmbH. As a differential taxation dealer, VAT is not shown separately. If you require additional documentation for insurance or customs purposes, please contact us at info@eleganceduluxe.com.
