Terms and Conditions of EDL Commerce GmbH
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between EDL Commerce GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 16, 85540 Haar bei München (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and consumers as well as entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") via the online shop eleganceduluxe.com. Deviating conditions of the Customer are not recognized.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the Customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices in Euro. Since the Seller applies differential taxation according to § 25a UStG, the sales tax is not shown separately.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer (advance payment) — preferred payment method. Goods will be dispatched after full payment is received. Payment term: 3 working days after order receipt.
- PayPal — exclusively for orders up to 1,000 EUR.
In case of non-receipt of payment within the payment period, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and offer the item elsewhere.

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping
Worldwide shipping is done via DHL Express or an equivalent express service, fully insured and with tracking. Delivery will only take place after full payment is received.
Delivery times:
Germany: 1–3 working days
International: 3–7 working days
The shipping risk is borne by the Seller until delivery to the Customer.
§ 5 Authenticity and Condition of Goods
All items offered are pre-owned and have undergone a thorough authenticity check. Each item is unique. The condition and special features are documented in the respective product description. Product photos are part of the item description. By submitting the order, the Customer confirms to have taken note of and accepted the described condition of the item.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy under:

Returns are only accepted for demonstrably defective products. The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as delivered — unworn, unaltered, with all original accessories, dust bags and documents. Items showing signs of wear, foreign odors or other changes compared to the delivery condition will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense. The return must be made by insured express shipping with tracking. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. As these are used goods, the warranty period for consumers is 12 months from delivery according to § 476 Para. 2 BGB. Natural signs of wear, which are documented in the product description, do not constitute a warranty claim.
§ 8 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
§ 9 Limitation of Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
§ 10 Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data takes place according to our privacy policy under:

§ 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich.
§ 12 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
